Molly Angel is a change management expert with extensive experience in operations and change management, specializing in implementation of healthcare, technology and for other complex environments. She holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University.

In this episode, Molly talks more about methodologies that facilitate change – and why everyone is capable of evolving. Tune in as we also explore what makes a successful change strategy, understanding that people don’t leave their jobs – they leave managers, how to scope new projects, and why we shouldn’t focus solely on retention rates as measures of success.
