Dr. Mitchell is an entrepreneur, a physician, and a mental health and wellness coach. She's a bold, innovative, passionate, highly intelligent, and energetic woman. She empowers executives, leaders, physicians, lawyers, and other professionals to reduce burnout and overwhelm so that they can increase productivity in the workplace and in their lives. She has been practicing family medicine since 2011, both inpatient and outpatient.
