Life is so busy and it can be hard to find time for meal planning, meal prep and self care but if you're too busy for self care and meal prep/planning... YOU'RE TOO BUSY!
This week, we talk about the weekly power hour which is a time that you'll schedule around the same time each week to fill out your time management tool and weekly meal plan worksheet. This is also the time when I order my groceries online so they can be delivered to my house.
There is time for everything that is the most important in your life and if you prioritize those things FIRST, everything else falls into place.
