Why are you struggling or have you struggled to create new habits, new routines that you can be consistent with? Why is that a struggle?

Why does lowering sugar or caffeine or alcohol or doing yoga or meditation feel like so stop-start?

What is driving this so-called lack of discipline or lack of self-control? That is what we're diving into today, and I know what I share with you is not anything that you all have thought about in terms of this area so, I really encourage you to listen to this.
