At the beginning, your WHY might be, “look sexy for my husband/future husband so they don’t cheat on me.”

As surface level as that is, it was my initial WHY & kept me accountable until I grew to value myself enough to be my WHY.

Whatever it takes to start, use it until your next WHY surfaces.
