Let's face it, we all wish we could get that ideal 8 hours of sleep. The research shows that a solid 7-8 hours of sleep for adults is essential to improved decision making and emotional regulation.

So why are so many of us priding ourselves in our ability to slug through the day on 6 hours or less?

In this episode, Erin coaches Matt on how to leverage his choleric strengths and ideal conditions to build a strategy for prioritizing sleep so he can be a more effective leader.
