Dr. Singleton and Tony debate the practicality of standardized nutrition recommendations, especially for endurance athletes and fighters. Michelle emphasizes the critical need to track elite athletes' actual food intake to offer accurate advice, while Tony questions whether some guidelines are even feasible.
