After 15 years in the Network Marketing industry, Dale started seeing that very few people were actually becoming successful and making a full-time income from it and decided to walk away from the industry.
During that time away, Dale did a lot of research and studied over 200 companies, and saw that it all was in how the compensation plan was created. I found a few companies that had done it right and were paying distributors for the Volume they had created down their whole organization, not just from certain qualifications that were met or down certain levels.
