Sapru Ma'am holds a Masters Degree in Chemistry and in Education and a Post Graduate Diploma in School Leadership Management. She has been teaching for nearly three decades.

Prior to this, she worked with Global Education Management Systems (GEMS), and helped set up Kothari International School, Noida.

She is on the advisory board of various educational organizations. She is on the panel of Inspectors for affiliation to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi and also an ICSE Convener, Zone C, Kolkata. She conducts workshops / orientation programmes for pupils, teachers and parents. .

Sapru Ma'am has completed an online Certificate Course in Multiple Intelligence Theory Programme from Harvard University, USA, and Global Career Counsellor Certification from the University of California, Los Angeles.

She is a master trainer for Chemistry, appointed by the CISCE, New Delhi. She has been awarded “Principal of the Year – India” by India Today and Educomp. She was awarded the ‘Pride of the Nation’ award by Shri Om Birla, Speaker, Loksabha on International Women’s Day.
