This episode we are dealing with overwhelm. There is so much of it around at the moment and when we are feeling overwhelmed it can be difficult to see a way out. In this episode I will share six methods you can use to deal with overwhelm today.

- Why you should let go of some of the things on your to do lists

- The steps you can take during times when everything feels too much

- Why being kind to yourself can make a big difference

When we're feeling overwhelmed, it is important to remember that done is always better than perfect, because perfect does not exist. What we are looking to do is our best and best means the best we can do in our particular circumstances with the time, resources, skills and knowledge we have available to us.
