The theme for this episode is how to deal with criticism and praise from others. This is a juicy topic that I am very happy to talk about, as what other people think of us can have a huge impact on our confidence, self-worth and self-esteem.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

- how to detach your sense of self-worth and confidence levels from what other people think of you whether in the form of criticism or praise

- that your opinion of yourself is the one that matters!

- how to treat yourself with compassion and deal with criticism in a proactive way

- that the only measure we should be using is our best in our current and unique circumstances

- the importance of reflecting on your day each night

I want you to reflect every single night before you go to sleep on what's gone well, as well as what hasn't. Ask yourself if you did your best in your particular circumstances that day. Every time the answer is yes, give yourself a pat on the back. And when it's no, treat yourself with compassion, and ask how you can do better next time and then move on. Remember that those circumstances change daily. Choose to be proactive and make progress.
