I’ll touch on all the necessary things you’ll need to consider in order to build a workout plan that actually works for you and that you can stick with!

I’ll take you through these steps:

  1. Assessing where you’re at right now
  2. Choosing how many days a week to workout
  3. Deciding your main focus for your workouts
  4. Different workout splits
  5. Choosing exercises and rep ranges
  6. Tracking your progress
