We all know how it goes when we have great intentions to accomplish something, but when life happens that lofty goal often gets pushed to the backburner.

What if I told you that it’s not actually your lack of self-discipline, lack of motivation, or busy life that’s holding you back from reaching your goals?

What if it’s actually the method in which you’re setting those goals and attempting (or not) to achieve them?

In today’s episode I’m going to break down for you how to set fitness goals, and how to get really specific about them so that you can finally reach them like you said you would 100x already!

I’ll take you through these steps:

  1. Deciding what your goal is
  2. Understanding your why
  3. Getting really specific (SMART goals)
  4. How to start small
  5. Habit Stacking

Today we’re getting tactical! Grab a notebook and pen, and let’s get started!
