Labeling food as “good/bad” or “healthy/unhealthy” is not only untrue (we’ll get into why not), but it’s also working against you and interfering with your health goals.

That’s because it’s disconnecting you from your body, working against your biology, and setting you up to crave more of the foods you’re trying to avoid. (Cue the late night kitchen raids for chips or cookies.)
