This meditation was created to experience the start of the breakdown of an addiction. Play this as often as you can or are able. We will have a special edition coming up December 18th 2024 that will talk more about how an addiction is created and why it is considered a gift. Until this podcast edition is ready to be released listen to the soundtrack and follow along and come with an open mind to follow what is being said. There is one ingredient that if it is missing an addiction will be the result. Find out what that is in this meditation podcast.
