Meditation is a practice that is now practiced all around the world in many different ways. The practice can be summed as focusing the mind in one pointed direction. There are many different styles of meditation and our Guest host, Doug Whyte, chose Transendental Meditation to help him recover from a life-threatening brain injury. As a result he tapped deeper into his creative abilities and has been able to not only recover but he now soars in his company Imagine Research & Technology reducing failures and crashes in electronics.
