Hey friend! In today's episode, I'm sharing the big differences between PMS, PMDD and PME (that is, premenstrual syndrome, premenstrual dysphoric disorder and premenstrual exacerbation).

We're looking at things like:

- diagnostic criteria for PMDD

- can you have all of these at the same time

- what is going on in your body and brain

- and what do we do with this information?!

I hope this information helps you so much!

If you have any questions or want to chat more, come join the free Facebook group community and we can hash this stuff out together!

Blessings,

Lauren
