Have you been feeling a lack of control around food? If so, you’re not alone. That’s what my guest Winnona had been experiencing. Binge eating was a lifelong issue for her, and it occurred most often during the evenings while watching TV. But this ALL changed within a short period of time after she moved to a whole food plant-based diet. Not only that, she also enjoyed many other health benefits such as lower blood pressure readings, less aches and pains with menopause, and a 15-pound weight loss within 12 weeks of making this lifestyle change!

In this Guest Interview Part 2 with Winnona, we’ll learn more about her transition experience, the changes she experienced in her body, and also how eating this new way has impacted her 84-year-old mother living with her. You’ll definitely walk away motivated and inspired by her story!
