The Healthcare Navigation Project is a 501c3 ©2022-2024 and method for health equity through grassroots healthcare education as an intervention. A holistic health literacy and interdisciplinary life skills program for anyone ages 15-115. Everyone should have the ability to self-advocate their own mental and physical health and care, not just some. All programming is customized to the participants and scales through a Train the Trainer program.
