In this episode, Marsha shares the transformative strategies that can significantly enhance how you set and achieve your goals. Over the years, she’s discovered powerful techniques that have catapulted her results, and she’s excited to share these two techniques with you in this episode today.

Scriptwriting involves crafting narratives as if your goals are already accomplished. When writing your scripts, this includes all aspects of your life—health, relationships, finances, and personal space. This practice has allowed her to envision and feel empowered to pursue what she wants.

Next, she dives into subconscious reprogramming and neurolinguistic programming (NLP). As an NLP trainer, she explains how language shapes our thoughts and beliefs. She highlights the staggering number of thoughts we have daily, many of which are negative and repetitive. She stresses the need for conscious awareness and the active work required to shift your thought patterns to combat this.

Then comes the powerful combination of script writing and NLP techniques to train your brain to feel safe pursuing your desires. Safety is paramount for your subconscious mind; if you don’t feel safe, you may sabotage or hesitate to take action. I provide examples of how to identify limiting beliefs and rewrite them in a more empowering way.

This is how you can access your day in life with your new script:

1. Open your notes app and write a description of everything your dream life has and who your future self is. There are no limits. Have fun with this! The more descriptive, the better.

Let your imagination run wild. GO BIG. Your imagination powers this, but the tech organizes it.

2. Now write in ChatGpt: Based on this description, tell me a story of a day in my dream life when I am my future self, who already has it all. (Copy and paste your description from your notes.)
