Have you been waiting for permission to do what God has called you to do? Do you feel like your calling goes against cultural norms? My guest, Faith Eury Cho, is bringing the whole truth and nothing but on today's episode. Faith is exposing the root of the limited thinking around women serving within the kingdom of God. She shares her experience as a woman leader within the church and the challenges she has faced. Also, the importance of us being authentic and true to God's given design as women leaders. We also discuss:

  • The glass ceiling that exists within the church for women leaders
  • The low expectations that women leaders (especially Asian-American) have to battle
  • Why we don’t need someone to make room for us
  • Challenges women of color face
  • How comparison is the highway to compulsive behavior and making rash decisions
  • How God shows up and does his greatest work in the ordinary, mundane parts of our lives
  • How hard times teach us and does such a deep work within us and reveals what we actually think of God–pain is a great revealer
  • Her message to the woman of color who is struggling with her identity

God did not make a mistake when he called you. He knew exactly what he was doing. May Faith's words and wisdom encourage you to push past fear and walk unapologetically into your calling.
About Faith Eury Cho:
Faith Eury Cho has been in the ministry since she was 19-years-old and continues to have a burning passion to know the Presence of God, articulate the gospel, and champion the marginalized. Currently, she is a pastor, a pastor’s wife, a founder The Honor Summit (501c3), and a church planter (Mosaic Covenant Church of NJ).
