In this week's episode, Marissa and Michelle talk about the process of detoxification in depth. We go through how to assess if your body is ready for a detox protocol, what organ systems are involved in detoxification, what types of protocols work for different symptoms, and how detoxing plays into fat loss. We also go into what we do for setting New Year's resolutions, and how we may or may not track them. We also talk about some good steps to take if your goal is for your family to eat healthier in the new year. Happy New Year's to all and we are looking forward to a magical 2020.
