Asthma diagnoses are becoming more and more common, with about 500,000 New Zealanders and 2.8M Australians currently diagnosed with the condition. In 90% of children and 50% of adults, the condition is classified as allergic asthma.

At Health & Wellness Australia & Auckland we see lots of children and adults struggling with allergic asthma symptoms, who respond well to our Positive Association Technique (PAT).

In this episode, our PAT Expert Naturpath Jenny will take us through the common allergic asthma airborne and food triggers, and how PAT can help manage allergic asthma symptoms.
