Ever had a nagging sense of emptiness that you just couldn’t seem to shake, a feeling like a hole in your soul? It may be because you need nourishment not just for your body, but for your soul.

Today’s episode will give you several ways in which you can give your soul the nourishment it needs and deserves. Here are some of those recommendations:

  1. Spend time with family members that you can share laughs and stories with.
  2. Place video calls to friends whether they are near or far away. Seeing faces is so much better than just calling or texting.
  3. Have your go-to stash of books and magazines that make you feel warm inside. You will find several others ways to fill the hole in your soul wheh you listen to the episode. Take a listen.
