It is time to go to sleep. Listen to this meditation to wind down, rest your body, and welcome in sleep.

The day is done. Be guided to reflect on your day in a calm, accepting, and peaceful way. Next allow yourself to envision all that is possible for you tomorrow. Finally be guided through calming affirmations to be at peace and welcome in sleep and restoration.
