With 25 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist spanning across Washington and Idaho, Rochelle Clark brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. Since 2003, she has been a Certified Lymphatic Therapist, holding two certifications in lymphatic drainage and complete decongestive therapy for lymphedema. Additionally, Rochelle is a certified breast massage therapist and a functional nutrition therapy practitioner, focusing on Nutrition Response Testing.
We talked about how lymphatic system health is so important for breast health, breast cancer prevention, so many tips from dry brushing to what to eat, how to monitor and screen in the best way possible. I love what she shared about bras and this is such an important topic we don't talk about!
