Here's a little allegory to sweep you into the week ahead or to help you capture the week that was.
It's about viewing the mind as you would a tumultuous sky. Letting thoughts run their course, tiring themselves out as they traipse across the sky, disengaged and totally focused on the task at hand. You can preserver through storms, listen to the podcast to find out who else makes very good use of persevering through severe storms and weather systems.
