Cardio gets a bad wrap for being “too hard”… this makes sense if you are doing exactly that… “hard” cardio.

Introducing ZONE 2- fat burning cardio that should actually FEEL pretty good.

you may have already experienced this in your day to day movement but simply MISSED it because or discounted it as being cardio at all.

Often times we go straight from Zone 1 (straight chillin) to zone 3 or 4 (higher intensity workouts).
