This episode I share a perspective shift that I had recently that has really helped me changed the way I think about times that I'm struggling or noticing that I'm being triggered more frequently. We talk about why it's so important to change the way we think in those moments. I explain the importance of not having expectations in your life but especially when it comes to your triggers. We're going to continue to be triggered for the rest of our lives so the sooner we get on board the easier it'll flow for all of us. I really break down the mindset that's been helping me learn to be kinder to myself in these moments. I also share habits I've gotten into that have been changing my life for the better recently.
