This weeks episode was actually inspired by a journal prompt from the night before I recorded that I just felt would be perfect to make into it's own episode. I share the first things that came to mind while I was journaling and elaborate on why they are so important to not waste another second on and how they are holding us back. We discuss negative self talk, living in fear, not staying present, people pleasing, setting boundaries, and so much more. This is such a great reminder on what is actually important and a good way to reset your mindset for the week!
