"We need to improve her overall strength. Hip stability, her shoulder stability, and her abdominal strength are the three main areas that I'm going to approach and attack. And really with any sport, I'm going to go with those three main areas. You need good hips. You need good abdominal stability. You need good shoulders to build your scapular stability, to hold everything in place."

Today's guest is David Donatucci, the General Manager of Arise Center for Athletic Development in Jupiter, Florida

David has a long history working with athletes of all ages and abilities and he shares some straightforward and easy to follow advice in our conversation with him today. I loved how simple his approach is to strength, conditioning and mobility training. He shares helpful tips on the benefits of incorporating strength training into your current fitness routine and he drives home the benefits of these tips with some entertaining stories from different athletes he’s worked with in the past.
