In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I talked how proper intra abdominal pressure helps with low back pain, prolapse, and hernias. In this episode I also talked about how different it looks in a variety of different ways.

Women struggle to find that optimal pressurization in the abdomen post-partum even if they did not have a C-section. Poor engagement also comes from a person’s lifestyle because of improper pattern.
