In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I talked about hip flexors. This is an issue with all of my patients – kids, women, and men. People hear about it all the time but there is a tendency that they overstretch the hip flexors.

In this podcast, I talked about where the hip flexors are, what constitutes them, and how we want to address them as it is different from one person to another.

In this episode we discuss:

  • [00:36] Introduction to the topic
  • [1:38] Where are the hip flexors
  • [6:01] What we do all day that affects our hip flexors
  • [7:53] What we can do with our hip flexors
  • [16:44] Conclusion

If you have any questions, you can drop it in the comment section or you can send me a message through Facebook or Instagram. I’d be happy to do another podcast about your questions. Also, if you want me to talk about something specific, let me know!

You can also check my TikTok account as I use the platform to educate viewers about movement, chiropractic education, yoga, pregnancy, and more!

Thank you for listening and see you next week!
