Her social media, blog, consulting services, distial resources and online courses empower others to embark on allergen-safe journeys worldwide.
She is an adult with food allergies allergic to 4 of the top allergens including peanut, tree nut, fish and shellfish - plus many others. She also has asthma and environmental allergies.
Today we will get to know Allie, her food allergy story, and how she has made the silver lining a way of giving back and helping the food allergy community while navigating life-threatening food allergies herself.
