Seth Cohen has revolutionized the food industry and created an authentic poke restaurant, Sweetfin. Seth is currently the managing partner and a Co-Founder at Sweetfin, a fast-casual, chef-driven, California inspired poke concept that has over 10 locations throughout Los Angeles and San Diego. Sweetfin was launched in April of 2015 with the goal of providing healthy, nutritious and flavorful bowls and a more approachable way for modern diners to enjoy sushi.
