A LOT of women in their 50s become frustrated that the hormonal changes of menopause cause weight gain - especially around the midsection. What worked for weight loss in our 30s and 40s no longer works. If you are eating healthy (plenty of whole foods, protein & fiber), but still not seeing the weight come off, you probably need a different type of exercise.
