The 1st of many birth stories from my amazing mamas that I've helped over the years.
Stacy contacted me when she was 4 months pregnant and knew that she was going to be doing a VBAC. Her dedication to educating herself and doing all of the things she needed to do to keep her body healthy, get baby in a great position, and keep her mind focused, really paid off in her amazing labor.
If you are going to be doing a VBAC in the hospital, this is how it's done! Laboring at home, avoiding the induction or scare tactics, and trusting the body and baby.
