Empathic Mastery with Jennifer Moore

My guest this week is Jennifer Moore. Jennifer is the author of a book called Empathic Mastery and is the Founder of Empathic Mastery Academy, host of the podcast called Empathic Mastery and she’s a master trainer. I know of at least a ½ dozen Highly Sensitive people and 4 of them are in recovery from addiction. If you are empathic or highly sensitive person you are going to get so much out of this podcast today.

We talk about the intersection between empathic sensitivity and addiction.

Jennifer walked into her first OA meeting in July of 1986 (and put down sugar for 8 years) and has abstained continuously from processed sugar since Memorial Day 2003.

Jen’s a Master Trainer for EFT International and a mentor and healer for other highly sensitive empathic women. Intuitive from the get-go, Jennifer experienced her first prophetic dream when she was 9 and she’s been navigating her extrasensory awareness ever since. Supporting intuitives, lightworkers and creatives to use their abilities for good is Jen’s greatest passion.
