As the Head of the Vegan Category, she works cross functionally with the Commercial, Marketing, Product and Sustainability teams to make it easier for consumers to find, and confidently order, plant-based food anytime, anywhere. Elena follows a plant-based diet and is really passionate about all things human and planetary health.
