I want to speak to those listeners in recovery. Maybe its for alcohol or drugs, maybe it's for mental health. There is a good chance it's for both.

Never give up the fight. There is no end date either. You will always be fighting for your sobriety and healthy mental health. The sooner you accept this the better chance you have of success.

I have bad days, but my good days eclipse my bad days because I will never give up. You shouldn't either too. You deserve to be health and happy.

Always remember that.
