I have been a Coach since 2016 and absolutely love what I do. I have worked with over a hundred women from all walks of life and have supported them in growing their self-belief and self-love, heal from what’s no longer serving them and crush their personal, health and business goals. I love what I do and I have fun doing it! I became a Coach because I had spent years on healing and growing myself thorough self-development seminars, workshops, courses, books and documentaries. I found happiness by putting in the time, energy and money into investing in me. It was hard and overwhelming at times to step into my power but it was worth it. I healed from a codependent relationship, worked on my physical health, became a yoga instructor and found my passion for being in service to others.

I have been building my business over the past 6 years and have had wins and failures. It is hard being a business owner and fear of failure definitely took hold of me a few times over the years but I have learned so much about me and my business and my resilience.
