In this episode I talk about physical signs like pain, digestive problems, incontinence, and hunger. I also talk about mental signs like fatigue and brain fog. If I had known this earlier, I would probably not have gotten my burnout. I hope this episode will give you the knowledge and power to stop before you get burned out.
