In today's episode, I'm sharing seven reasons why chips (potato chips, corn chips, wheat thins or similar snack chips) act as a barrier to health accumulation, body composition change and overcoming food addiction.

When it comes to chips, there is a spectrum. If you are going to eat chips, then at a minimum I would aim for baked rather than fried, and choose avocado oil, olive oil, or coconut oil over vegetable oils and steer clear from all corn varieties.

While enjoying chips in moderation every couple of weeks is reasonable, recognize that regular consumption, especially in large quantities, can have negative implications on health accumulation. Try to choose life giving snack alternatives, such as raw vegetables, fruit, sprouted breads, or nuts.
