In today's episode, we're talking about some of the roadblocks to poor digestion and lead to conditions such as SIBO, IBS, not to mention bloating, reflux and other symptoms.

Questions to ask yourself to determine if you need to change things up in your food routine:

How do you feel after eating?

Could you hop up and go for a brisk walk or do you feel like you need a nap? Are you bloated and heavy after meals?

Food should heal and empower you, not make you feel sluggish and tired. Are you giving your digestion at least 90 minutes to recalibrate before consuming another meal or snack?
