When I first started out as a Naturopath I was working for another clinic and I was supporting women through the menopausal stage of life- with major flushes, mood swings and weight challenges. I saw it all.
Personally my cycles are regular- they come & go with ease (something I’ve helped rebalance over the years). However as I approach my 38th birthday, I cant help but start to wonder...what will the years ahead look like for me?
