I am going to be taking the 5 senses and doing a podcast on each one. This one is on sound, Vibration, Frequency, Energy. Tune in to how you can use sound to help with meditation and breath work. Also take a part in a tune in. Different sounds played and see how they affect you. Also, a couple of arguments I had that was not arguments because I didn't label and connect.
