Rick Olderman, Founder of The Fixing You® Method, joins the show's Host, (me) Run Coach Alli.
Rick Olderman is a sport and orthopedic physical therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping people with chronic pain experience a pain-free life. He graduated with his Master’s degree from The Krannert School of Physical Therapy at the University of Indianapolis in 1996.
Rick has written the popular Fixing You® series of books -- found on Amazon.com -- to help people with chronic pain or injuries. Rick wants to show you how to live utterly pain-free without needing medication.

Today on the show, we discuss:

  • The importance of analyzing your gait to prevent chronic pain or injuries
  • The most common injuries among distance runners and how you can avoid them and fix them for GOOD with The Fixing You® Method
  • How YOU can fix yourself by incorporating these findings from Rick Oldermnan as discussed in today's episode
