Let's take this global time-out as a sign to advocate for reasonable health concessions when illness strikes. Most employers have trash policies on employee sick-leave and have conditioned us to work through illness, come back before we are ready and compromise our overall well-being.
In this episode, I talk about the ways in which we can learn from this time and what it says about the lifestyle choices we have made. Maybe it's time to shake things up a bit because it's already too late to prepare for impact. The proverbial shit is about to hit the mother-fucking fan and you can either drown in it or rise from it.
