3. Writing Prompts Help Us Access Our Emotions: Ever heard someone say, "I can't find the words." It's 100% true! In highly charted situations, the "words" part of our brains freezes up. That's why I provide writing prompts to help access the words.

(32:53) A recent situation where I felt like I need to contol the outcome was....

(33:26) When I did that, I might have looked/acted/sounded like....

(33:46) It reminded me of a time growing up when...

(35:12) When I remember that story I feel...

(35:55) What I think I needed was....

(36:29) But I didn't get it so I....

(36:47)It makes sense that I did that because...

(37:19)Knowing this now, I might try...

(38:00)Acceptance feels....

(38:43)One way I can help myself in this work might be...

(39:52)The next time I feel the urge to control a situation that feels scary/hard/uncomfortable, I might try...

(40:12) One benefit trying this new behavior could be...
