Jo Yarker is an organizational psychologist and director at Affinity Health at Work. She also runs programs at Birkbeck University.

In conversations about work-life balance and managing work stress, the burden is often placed on the individual: wake up earlier, commit to a better schedule, drink more water. What if we approach the issue as a collective: where the more individuals feel supported in their work, the more they will support others?
